Now and then, we all have times when we need to take a break, remind ourselves to practice self-care, and retreat from the world. Here are a few of our favorite bath recipes to help you relax:
2 tablespoons dried lavender
4 leaves of green sage (fresh or dried)
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon honey
Cotton satchel or tea bag to hold everything
Add the ingredients to the satchel and place into your bath or in the shower steam & enjoy.
This bath helps give our minds a sense of clarity while helping us relax.
1 Cup Epsom salt
1 Cup regular salt
1 Cup lemon juice or 5-10 drops of lemon essential oil
Stay in the bath for 12-20 minutes.
Who doesn't need a little battery recharge every now and then? Here is our favorite recipe to get that extra boost.
Tumble your pajamas in a dryer for 10-15 minutes; remove, then wrap tightly in a thick towel, and set aside. Add any of the recharging essential oils listed below to your bath.

Lemon, Lime or Grapefruit
Enjoy a cup of caffeine-free tea while you soak up the luxurious scent and warmth. Once you are fully relaxed, dry off and enjoy slipping into your warm pajamas before retiring for the night.
